TriggerNews Icons

The TriggerNews system tray icon provides you with quick visual status about the current state of TriggerNews. The icon indicates if you are connected to the TriggerNews server, if you have new messages, and if you have popups and / or sound disabled. The following table shows the various icons and their meaning.

NOTE: You will only recieve messages, popup alerts and sound alerts when you are connected to the TriggerNews server.

The New Messages column indicates that you have received new messages since the last time you viewed the TriggerNews client.

The Popups and Sound columns indicate the current TriggerNews settings, but only have an effect when you are connected to the TriggerNews server and new messages are being delivered to the client.
